Users of Adam’s Limousine Services and Website are expected to comply with our rules and regulations. Your access and use of our website and services are subject to all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

Credit Card/Voucher Presentation:

To ensure payment, all customers are required to present their chauffeur with the actual physical credit card used to book/pay, along with a valid government ID. A signed third-party authorization, required documents placed on file prior to pick-up, or a personal/corporate account that has been activated with all required documents received can replace this requirement.

Wait Time:

For point-to-point transfers, we provide up to fifteen minutes of grace period at pick-up before waiting time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle, which is billed in fifteen-minute increments. For airport arrival transfers, we provide up to 30 minutes of free waiting time for domestic arrivals and up to 45 minutes of free wait time for international arrivals requiring customs clearance. If you don’t meet your chauffeur or call us within this period, you’ll be charged in full for the reservation.

Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums:

Hourly orders are billed based on the number of hours you booked the vehicle and then in fifteen-minute increments. The minimum posted hours are only the minimum required to accept an order and not what you’ll be billed for. Once an order is confirmed, reductions in the amount of time ordered are not allowed.

Deposit Policy:

We require a deposit of 25% of the total initial price charged to the credit card to hold the vehicle. All deposits are refundable only if you cancel within the given time frame. The balance in full will be due should you fail to cancel by the given time frame or are considered a “No-Show” at pick-up time.

Change Policy:

A change fee of $25 applies if you make a change for less than 4 hours. All changes must be received by phone, subject to availability. Chauffeurs and online methods are not allowed for changes. If a change can’t be accommodated and results in a cancellation, you’ll be charged in full for the order. Reductions in the amount of time less than the minimum or vehicle size ordered are not allowed once an order is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted by phone only. The balance is waived if you cancel within the given time frame. If you fail to cancel by the given time frame, you’ll be charged in full for the order.

Rates and Billing:

All rates are subject to audit after order completion, which includes actual road tolls, parking fees, airport fees, additional stops, wait time, and so on. Hourly jobs are billed based on the number of hours you booked the vehicle and then in fifteen-minute increments. All rates are billed including applicable fees/taxes and a 20% gratuity. An additional cash gratuity at your sole discretion is only in addition to the 20% you have already paid for. You will not receive a separate bill for any additional tolls, parking fees, airport fees, additional stops, wait time, and so on
